Through the forms on this website we may process the following data, depending on your profile:

• Owners: name, telephone, email, interest, area, municipality, type of property and message.
• Estate agents: name of the agency and of the contact person, telephone, email, area, municipality, type of property, link to the listing and message.
• Investors: name, email, telephone (optional), profile, area of interest and message.

We do not request financial data in any form.

You provide the data directly when you fill in a form or contact us. Mandatory fields are marked on each form; without them we cannot handle your request.

If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we will process the data you provide: your name, your telephone number or email address, the content of your message and, on WhatsApp, your number and profile name.

When you access the website, the server may record technical connection data (IP address, date and time, pages requested and browser) for security and operational reasons. This website does not use analytics or advertising tools.

To limit automated submission of forms, the server temporarily keeps an encrypted fingerprint (hash) of your IP address and the times of recent submissions. For this purpose, neither your IP address nor the content of your request is stored.

We process your data for the following purposes:

• to handle and manage the enquiries and requests you send us through the forms, email, telephone or WhatsApp (for example, requesting an assessment of your home, proposing a property or requesting information on property opportunities);
• if the enquiry leads to a service or collaboration relationship, to manage it and comply with the legal obligations arising from it;
• to ensure the security of the website and prevent automated or abusive submission of forms.

We do not use your data to send you commercial communications you have not requested, nor to build profiles or make automated decisions.

The legal basis for the processing is, as the case may be:

• your consent (Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, GDPR), which you give by ticking the box accepting the privacy policy before submitting a form or by contacting us voluntarily by other means. You may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing carried out beforehand;
• the implementation, at your request, of pre-contractual measures and, where applicable, the performance of the service or collaboration contract (Article 6(1)(b));
• compliance with legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c)), once a contractual relationship is formalised;
• our legitimate interest in the security of the website and in preventing abuse of the forms (Article 6(1)(f)).

We do not disclose your data to third parties, except where legally required (for example, to public authorities or to courts).

To provide the service we rely on providers that access the data as processors, with whom the contract required by law is put in place: the web hosting provider (Hostinger), through whose servers the forms are transmitted, and the provider of the mailbox in which we receive the requests.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, your data will also be processed by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited) under its own terms and privacy policy. That provider may carry out international data transfers with the safeguards it establishes.

We will keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your request and, afterwards, blocked for the limitation periods of any possible liabilities (Article 32 of Organic Law 3/2018, LOPDGDD). Once those periods have elapsed, they will be deleted.

If a contractual relationship is formalised, we will keep them for its duration and for the applicable legal periods (for example, tax and accounting).

You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent, by writing to info@realerahomes.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. We may ask you to prove your identity.

We will reply within one month, which may be extended in the cases provided for by the GDPR.

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es). We would appreciate it if you would contact us first so that we can try to resolve it.

If you write to us on WhatsApp, we will process your data to handle your enquiry, as explained in the privacy policy.

WhatsApp is a third-party service: we recommend that you do not send particularly sensitive data that way.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration, including an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and restricted access to the requests received.

The services on this website are aimed at adults. If you are a minor, please do not send us personal data.
