When is a full renovation advisable?
It is usually advisable when the home needs changes on several fronts at once: a layout that no longer suits the way you live, electrical, plumbing or heating and cooling installations that have become outdated, or worn finishes throughout much of the property. Tackling everything in a single project allows better planning, coordination of the different trades and avoids successive works that stretch timelines and increase the overall cost. Even so, it is not always the best option: in the initial assessment we study the actual condition of the home and what you wish to achieve, and tell you clearly whether a full renovation is worthwhile or whether a more limited intervention will do.
